From Concrete Staining to Construction Design
Green coast poured a concrete patio for us, March 2009. Workmanship, professionalism, and follow up where excellent. We have used Green coast for some small home projects since and will continue to do so.
Concrete staining, stamping, texturing and overlaying is a fairly new and wonderful feature to incorporate into your living decor. There are various colors and patterns to choose from; from cobble stone, hardwood or slate patterns of neutral colors to vivid blues and reds with any design imprint for a pop of color in your home or office. One of the nicest aspects of decorative concrete is that there is a method for everyone; from an inexpensive epoxy garage floor to an elaborate, affordable and detailed stamped concrete application incorporating two colors.
In order to insure you are getting what you want, we will meet with you to measure up the area and have you look at the products, patterns and colors we have to offer. We will also go over any ideas you might have seen or imagined. We will then set a date, making sure the weather is right to come and prep the surface if need be, and begin the process you have chosen.
In our roofing expertise we use top of the line Gaf/Elk Timberline Prestique asphalt shingles that will be approved by your insurance company. We completely remove your old shingles and haul them to a land fill while leaving your home as though we were never there. We offer a wide range of colors to choose from and guarantee our work with a warranty of no leaks, etc. Once your new roof is installed we will completely inspect the workmanship and make sure your new roof is absolutely perfect.
We have experience in storm damage and can give you a free inspection to let you know if you have sufficient damage to open an insurance claim. If so, we will meet with the adjuster on your behalf to ensure they do not overlook certain things of concern to you. A home’s roof is very important to the overall health and longevity of the home and most damage that requires full replacement is not even visible or evident from the ground. It is our job to inspect your roof and see to it that any hail, wind, or storm damage is corrected. This ensures the structural integrity of your home for years to come. Call us today for a complimentary inspection of your roof.
Our metal buildings are all custom built to your specifications so each one is different and unique. The process starts with the initial conversation and getting to know what the customer is looking for. Then we draw up on CAD a set of elevations incorporating what the customer has specified they want and that drawing is sent to the customer for review and change if needed. Then we finalize the elevation and draw up frame plans to match and it is approved by engineering. We then start the construction process, from concrete to frame then to metal.
We offer steel frames and wood frames. Our wood frames can be done by conventional framing on a structural foundation or by pole framing and adding concrete later. Or, in the case of a barn, a dirt or crushed concrete floor can be added. If you live in an area that requires TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) Wind Storm Inspection we can use our engineer or work with yours to provide your custom building with its wind load requirement for the area you live in. All our trusses are engineered and are placed no more than 4 foot on center and can free span up to 80 feet. Our metal buildings can span 100+ feet. When pole framing, we use only 6x6 pressure treated lumber and our wall gurts are 2x6 or 2x8 and are never more than 4 foot on center. We offer roll up doors in any size as well as overhead doors in any size. If you would like your building insulated we offer several options to choose from that will help your new building be cool and energy efficient.
So as you can see, our Houston contractors can handle most any construction needs you may have. Give Green Coast Construction a call today!
